We accept most PPO insurance plans, Medicare and Monarch HMO. We also feature an affordable Self-Pay fee schedule for cash paying patients.

Flu Shots are Available!
Get your flu vaccination today, and be prepared for the coming winter flu season. Reduce your chances of getting sick this winter and missing work, school and holiday festivities. Regular seasonal flu shots are just $30 (quadrivalent, preservative free) for everyone under 65 years, and just $50 for the High Dose Vaccine for everyone 65 years and older. Prices are cash, but your insurance may cover your vaccination as preventive care, with no out-of-pocket cost, just check with our front desk first.
