Vital Urgent Care provides EXACTLY what I look for when I need medical attention on the weekend or if my regular doctor can't see me on a weekday. It is a luxurious experience compared with going to a hospital emergency room. Parking is 6 feet from the door. The office is impeccably clean and very new. I have never waited more than 20 minutes, compared with HOURS at the ER. Most of the other customers at Vital Urgent Care are normal looking people, unlike at the ER, where the waiting room looks like a casting call for Honey Boo Boo. As for the staff, I have read some complaints about the Nurse Practitioners (NP) and Physician Assistants (PA). I personally rather like NP's and PA's, because they are well-trained but they don't cost the health care system as much. I have actually found NP's and PA's to be more caring, more patient, and more thorough than doctors in the same scenarios (non-life threatening stuff like colds/bronchitis/ear infections). In fact, I think this practice model is the wave of the future--small, local places that are open 7 days a week (because we get sick 7 days a week!), staffed with NP's and PA's, short wait times, and reasonable prices. So, if you are sick or injured and you can't get in to see your regular doc, rest assured that Vital Urgent Care will take very good care of you. It's clean, it's well staffed, and its OPEN when your doctor is not. What more do you want when you are miserable or in pain?

Just called the office , Regular Office Visit is $99. So their prepaid coupon above, that is being offered at the time of this review, that sells for $69 will cover a simple office visit of $99. Which is a tad under the $110 or more many in the area Huntington-Newport-Costa Mesa area charge. Based on the reviews, this place seems a bit underutilized or mostly not crowded with long waits. A big plus! I may need to see Vital Urgent Care soon. If so, this entry will be updated.

I came in because I do not have a pcp and had a wonderful experience. From the front office to the back medical staff you are treated with the utmost respect. Dr Khazaeizadeh was very attentive, kind/considerate and took his time. He will be my new primary care doctor now too. Great location, state of the art equipment and most importantly clean.

I have been here twice and the whole process was seamless! I have not even had to wait 10 minutes, perhaps when I have gone my timing was partially the reason. Nevertheless everyone is really friendly and the office visit and the doctors have been terrific. I have especially liked the nurse or doctor assistants, they rock! I do greatly recommend this Urgent Care, it is wonderful for minor sick problems and a place I trust. This is not my primary physician, who is experienced with many, many years of practice but this place is great for all other ailments. Fabulous they are open when you need to be seen beyond 5:00 and they are also open on Saturday and Sunday. Huge plus!!!

I was away from my usual provider, and was persuaded by friends to visit Vital Urgent Care Medical Walk-in and Urgent Care. Truth be told, I didn't know quite what to expect -and I could not be ay more pleased. Adam (the tech) greeted me and took my vitals and Ms. Karen Singer diagnosed my minor concern, prescribed some lab work and Two (2) Medications and then saw me two days later to review my prefect labs (thank god) and checked me over once more time. Nothing negative to say at all. I am now an ardent admirer and regular patient when need be. Exceptional in every aspect - from the warm and welcoming receptionist until check-out.
